For a new Plastic Profile, customers normally inquire with technical drawings and technical data.  A sample may help or may be sufficient to start the development phase of the required product. 

Next phase is the determination of the raw material and its composition to obtain required characteristics in the end product.

Expert technical team designs the necessary tooling in the company.  By the incorporation of high tech CAD/CAM systems, highly accurate tool parts are manufactured in the tool shop.

Tool parts are then assembled and tried on appropriate extrusion line for some final tunings after which the required plastic profile is ready for production.
